目的:探讨尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)对新生儿羊水粪染肾损害的影响。方法:120例足月新生儿,其中90例羊水粪染按程度分成三度为研究组,30例羊水清的正常新生儿为对照组,测定两组血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)。结果:研究组羊水粪染程度越高,血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿α1-微球蛋白水平越高;研究组血清尿素氮和肌酐水平与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),羊水Ⅲ度粪染患者尿α1-微球蛋白水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尿α1-MG检测对羊水粪染引起肾功能损害的早期发现及评估有一定意义。

목적:탐토뇨α1-미구단백(α1-MG)대신생인양수분염신손해적영향。방법:120례족월신생인,기중90례양수분염안정도분성삼도위연구조,30례양수청적정상신생인위대조조,측정량조혈청뇨소담(BUN)、기항(Cr)、뇨α1-미구단백(α1-MG)。결과:연구조양수분염정도월고,혈청뇨소담、기항、뇨α1-미구단백수평월고;연구조혈청뇨소담화기항수평여대조조비교균무현저성차이(P>0.05),양수Ⅲ도분염환자뇨α1-미구단백수평현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:뇨α1-MG검측대양수분염인기신공능손해적조기발현급평고유일정의의。
To investigate the effect of urinaryα1-MG in renal damage of neonatal meconium-staining amniotic fluid. Methods:There were 120 cases of full-term neonates, including 90 cases of meconium-staining amniotic fluid divided into three degree as study group and 30 cases of nor-mal newborns as control group, serum urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) and urinaryα1-microglobulin (α1-MG) of two groups were detected. Re-sults:The higher the degree of meconium-staining amniotic fluid in study group, the higher the level of serum urea nitrogen, creatinine and urinaryα1-microglobulin;there was no significant difference in serum urea nitrogen and creatinine between study group and control group (P>0.05),α1-mi-croglobulin of meconium-staining amniotic fluid withⅢdegree was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Urinaryα1-MG detection makes some sense to discover and evaluate urinaryα1-MG in renal damage of neonatal meconium-staining amniotic fluid early.
