通过分析失语症的机制及治疗现状、存在问题，总结得出失语症的康复是一个动态过程，治疗研究已向临床治疗观察与康复机制密切结合方向发展，卒中后失语症的康复治疗也向着多元化阶段迈进。治疗方式的选择需根据患者情况采用个体化综合疗法。

By analyzing the mechanism, current status of treatment and problems, the result that rehabilitation of aphasia is a dynamic process is summed up, now the development of its treatment studies has turned to the direction of combination of treatment observation and rehabilitation mech-anism, and the rehabilitation of aphasia after stroke is also going forward to diversification stage. The treatment must be selected by situation of pa-tients and use individual comprehensive therapy.
