目的:了解临床医学专业实习生及护理专业实习生对医疗废物分类的认知程度,提高医疗废物分类依从性。方法采用自行设计问卷调查的方法,分别对200名临床医学专业和200名护理专业实习生进行医疗废物分类知识掌握及需求情况的调查。结果临床医学专业实习生总体得分为(61.22±8.11)分,护理专业实习生总体得分为(67.62±8.89)分,经比较,差异有统计学意义(t=1.28,P<0.0001),护理专业较临床专业掌握情况好,但2个专业总体掌握水平均较低。现有医疗废物相关知识获取主要来源于课间技能操作实习,临床医学专业占78.0%,护理专业占86.5%。结论2种不同专业实习生医疗废物分类知识总体得分均较低。缺少系统正规的相关知识课堂教育,应加强在校教育,同时医院加强岗前培训管理,提高医护实习生对医疗废物的认知,了解其危害,减少院内感染及对环境的污染。

Objective To understand medical interns’ knowledge of the classification of medical waste and to improve the classification compliance of medical waste. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to investigate medical interns from clinical medicine and nursing department. Results The total score of interns from clinical medicine was 61.22 ±8.11 and that of those form nursing department 67.62±8.89, which showed statistical significance (t=1.28, P<0.0001). Nursing students, though performing better than those from clinical medicine, totally, still had inadequate knowledge of medical waste classification. The main source of knowledge was skill operation in practice, accounting for 78.0% of the source of clinical medicine interns and 86.5% of that of nursing students. Conclusion Medical interns lack sufficient and systematic medical waste knowledge. Thus, systematic education in universities and pre-job training would contribute to the improvement of their knowledge of medical waste classification.
