针对采油厂油位实时检测难度大的问题,开发一种基于单片机的超声波油位测量仪。测量仪以单片机系统为核心,利用超声波作为信息检测手段,以实现采油厂储油罐中的油位检测,并使用最小二乘法对测量数据进行分析处理。利用计算机技术和超声波检测技术研制出来的超声波油位测量仪,具有非接触性、自动控制、测量精度高、成本低廉、功能强大等优点。
針對採油廠油位實時檢測難度大的問題,開髮一種基于單片機的超聲波油位測量儀。測量儀以單片機繫統為覈心,利用超聲波作為信息檢測手段,以實現採油廠儲油罐中的油位檢測,併使用最小二乘法對測量數據進行分析處理。利用計算機技術和超聲波檢測技術研製齣來的超聲波油位測量儀,具有非接觸性、自動控製、測量精度高、成本低廉、功能彊大等優點。

An ultrasonic wave oil-level measurement device based on single-chip microcomputer was developed to overcome the difficulty of real-time oil level detection for oil production plant. The single-chip microcomputer system is the core of ultrasonic oil level detection instrument,which utilizes ultrasonic wave as information detecting means to realize oil level detection of oil tank,and adopts the least square method to analyze and process the measured data. The ultrasonic wave oil level measurement instrument based on computer technology and ultrasonic detecting technology has the advantages of non-contact,automatic con-trol,high-precision measurement,low cost,powerful function,etc. It has a wide application prospect and use value.
