通过调研福建省执业药师分布、短缺情况，提出缓解执业药师短缺的建议，如区别对待不同药店执业药师的配备、建立执业药师事务所、加快执业药师制度的立法、允许执业药师多点注册执业、加强执业药师培训和考前辅导、加强继续教育等。

Through the investigation of the distribution and shortage of pharmacist in Fujian province some ideas and suggestions were put forward to alleviate or solve the shortage of licensed pharmacists in our province, such as discriminating licensed pharmacist equipment of different drugstore, establishing licensed pharmacist firms, accelerat-ing the legislation system, allowing multi-point registration and practice, and strengthening the training, pre-test coaching, and continuing education for licensed pharmacists.
