目的：了解维持性血液透析患者疲乏状况；分析血透患者疲乏状况与人口学特点、临床特征、睡眠质量及社会支持的关系。方法：随机便利抽取2010年6月～12月期间在中山大学附属第一医院血净中心进行维持性血透治疗的118例患者，使用疲劳评定量表（ FAI）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、社会支持量表对其进行调查研究。结果：患者的年龄、经济状况与患者疲乏状况相关；肾性贫血、肾性骨病等并发症与患者疲乏显著相关；同时社会支持、睡眠质量也是疲乏的相关因素。结论：疲乏在维持性血透患者人群的发生具有广泛性和严重性，且与较低的睡眠质量、社会支持以及多种并发症的发生相关。在临床中应加强病情观察，及早发现并治疗相关并发症，通过护理干预提高患者的睡眠质量和社会支持，从而有效缓解患者的疲乏程度[1]。
목적：료해유지성혈액투석환자피핍상황；분석혈투환자피핍상황여인구학특점、림상특정、수면질량급사회지지적관계。방법：수궤편리추취2010년6월～12월기간재중산대학부속제일의원혈정중심진행유지성혈투치료적118례환자，사용피로평정량표（ FAI）、필자보수면질량지수량표、사회지지량표대기진행조사연구。결과：환자적년령、경제상황여환자피핍상황상관；신성빈혈、신성골병등병발증여환자피핍현저상관；동시사회지지、수면질량야시피핍적상관인소。결론：피핍재유지성혈투환자인군적발생구유엄범성화엄중성，차여교저적수면질량、사회지지이급다충병발증적발생상관。재림상중응가강병정관찰，급조발현병치료상관병발증，통과호리간예제고환자적수면질량화사회지지，종이유효완해환자적피핍정도[1]。
Objective:To describe fatigue of maintenance hemodialysis patients;To study the relationship between fatigue with sleep quality and social support. Nethods:Questionnaires including Fatigue Assessment Instrument( FAI ),Short Form 36 Health survey Questionnaire(SF-36),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used in the investigation. Results:Patient’s age,economic conditions associated with patient fatigue condition;Renal anemia,renal bone disease complications such as fatigue was significantly associated with the patient. Renal anemia,renal osteopathia,sleep quality and social support were also significantly correlative with fatigue. Conclusion:The Fatigue of the patients is severe and deserving serious consideration. We should pay more attention in clinical observation in order to prevent and cure complication. We also should take measures to help these patients improve their sleep quality and social support,then the fatigue of the hemodialysis patients may ease.
