目的:观察骨碎补总黄酮对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎大鼠血IL-6及尿蛋白的影响。方法:利用免疫法制备大鼠系膜增生性肾小球肾炎模型,将大鼠分为骨碎补总黄酮组(治疗组)、病理对照组(模型组)、正常对照组,检测各组24 h尿蛋白、血清IL-6,并观察肾脏病理改变。结果:模型组大鼠肾脏系膜细胞明显增生,与正常对照组比较24 h尿蛋白定量及血清IL-6明显升高(P<0.05);治疗组大鼠肾脏系膜细胞增生减轻,24 h尿蛋白、血IL-6均明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:骨碎补总黄酮能降低系膜增生性肾小球肾炎大鼠尿蛋白,降低血清IL-6水平,减轻系膜细胞增生和细胞外基质增加,延缓或减轻肾组织损伤,保护肾功能。
目的:觀察骨碎補總黃酮對繫膜增生性腎小毬腎炎大鼠血IL-6及尿蛋白的影響。方法:利用免疫法製備大鼠繫膜增生性腎小毬腎炎模型,將大鼠分為骨碎補總黃酮組(治療組)、病理對照組(模型組)、正常對照組,檢測各組24 h尿蛋白、血清IL-6,併觀察腎髒病理改變。結果:模型組大鼠腎髒繫膜細胞明顯增生,與正常對照組比較24 h尿蛋白定量及血清IL-6明顯升高(P<0.05);治療組大鼠腎髒繫膜細胞增生減輕,24 h尿蛋白、血IL-6均明顯低于模型組(P<0.05)。結論:骨碎補總黃酮能降低繫膜增生性腎小毬腎炎大鼠尿蛋白,降低血清IL-6水平,減輕繫膜細胞增生和細胞外基質增加,延緩或減輕腎組織損傷,保護腎功能。
목적:관찰골쇄보총황동대계막증생성신소구신염대서혈IL-6급뇨단백적영향。방법:이용면역법제비대서계막증생성신소구신염모형,장대서분위골쇄보총황동조(치료조)、병리대조조(모형조)、정상대조조,검측각조24 h뇨단백、혈청IL-6,병관찰신장병리개변。결과:모형조대서신장계막세포명현증생,여정상대조조비교24 h뇨단백정량급혈청IL-6명현승고(P<0.05);치료조대서신장계막세포증생감경,24 h뇨단백、혈IL-6균명현저우모형조(P<0.05)。결론:골쇄보총황동능강저계막증생성신소구신염대서뇨단백,강저혈청IL-6수평,감경계막세포증생화세포외기질증가,연완혹감경신조직손상,보호신공능。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Rhizoma Drynariae Flavones on levels of Serum IL-6 and proteinuria in mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis rats. Nethods:Model of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis was made with immuni-zation. Divid Waster rats into 3 groups:Rhizoma Drynariae Flavones group( treatment groups)、pathological control group( model con-trol group)and normal control group. Each group of the level of 24 h urine protein and Serum IL-6 were determined,And to observe the renal pathological changes. Results:In the model control group,the morphological changes in renal tissue showed that mesangial cells proliferated obviously,the level of 24 h urine protein and Serum IL-6 in the model control group were obviously higher than those in the normal control(P<0. 05). In the treatment group,the morphological changes in renal tissue showed that mesangial cells proliferated lightly,the level of 24 h urine protein and Serum IL-6 in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the mod-el control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Rhizoma Drynariae Flavones can reduce the level of 24 h urine protein and Serum IL-6, decrease the mesangial cells proliferation and the extracelluar matrix accumulation,and postpones or relives the renal tissue damage. So it plays a role in protecting the renal function in rats with mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis.
