目的：研究经尿道前列腺电切术用于前列腺增生症致尿路梗阻的临床治疗可行性及效果。方法：回顾性我院泌尿外科2011年3月~2013年1月收治的150例前列腺增生症导致尿路梗阻的患者的临床资料。结果：手术后3个月患者的Qmax较手术前明显增多,RUV和夜尿次数较手术前明显减少,IPSS、QOL、SAS、SDS评分较手术前均明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症所致尿路梗阻能够有效增加患者的最大尿流率,减少患者的剩余尿量及夜尿次数显著提高患者的生命质量等,临床效果良好,值得推广。
목적：연구경뇨도전렬선전절술용우전렬선증생증치뇨로경조적림상치료가행성급효과。방법：회고성아원비뇨외과2011년3월~2013년1월수치적150례전렬선증생증도치뇨로경조적환자적림상자료。결과：수술후3개월환자적Qmax교수술전명현증다,RUV화야뇨차수교수술전명현감소,IPSS、QOL、SAS、SDS평분교수술전균명현강저,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：경뇨도전렬선전절술치료전렬선증생증소치뇨로경조능구유효증가환자적최대뇨류솔,감소환자적잉여뇨량급야뇨차수현저제고환자적생명질량등,림상효과량호,치득추엄。
To observe the clinical effect of transurethral resection of the prostate for treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia caused by urinary tract obstruction.Methods:From March to 2013 2011 in Department of Urology in our hospital in January 150 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia in clinical data of patients with urinary tract obstruction.Results:After operation in 3 months than before the operation of Qmax increased,RUV and frequency of nocturia increased obviously as compared with that before operation, IPSS,QOL,SAS,SDS scores before operation were significantly decreased,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia caused by urinary obstruction can effectively increase the maximum urinary flow,reduce the patient's residual urine volume and frequency of nocturia can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,clinical effect is good,worthy of promotion.
