目的：探讨分析80岁以上老年人高血压晨峰特征,探索高龄人群控制高血压病的治疗手段,预防心脑血管疾病的发生。方法：选取我院80岁以上老年人高血压患者50例作为高龄研究组；选取普通人群50例作为对照组。所有患者携带动态血压监测仪,比较两组患者的24h平均收缩压与舒张压、白昼平均收缩压与舒张压、夜间平均收缩压与舒张压。结果：高龄组与对照组相比,高龄组患者的24h平均收缩压、白昼平均收缩压、夜间平均收缩压之间的差异明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论：高龄老年人高血压晨峰特征较明显,随着年龄的增长,24h动态血压正常值(尤其是收缩压)会出现明显的改变,对于有高血压晨峰病史的老年人临床上应给予足够的重视,减少发生心血管事件的概率。

To study the elderly aged 80 hypertension morning peak features,to control high blood pressure disease treatment and prevention.Methods:Selected from 50 cases of hypertension patients is over 80 years old as a team;Selection of the general population 50 cases as control group.Comparison of 24 h mean systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure,daytime mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,average systolic and diastolic blood pressure at night.Results:The elderly group compared with control group,the age group of patients with 24 h average systolic blood pressure,daytime average systolic blood pressure,average systolic blood pressure at night is significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly elderly hypertension morning peak feature is obvious,as the growth of the age,24 h ambulatory blood pressure normal value will appear obvious change,for old people should give importance to have a history of hypertension morning peak,reduce cardiovascular events.
