对包钢烧结电除尘灰进行了浸出试验，研究结果表明浸出液中有较高含量的钾盐和钙盐。为了提升钾盐产品质量和降低硫酸钙结垢对设备安全操作的影响，在回收钾盐之前，需要对浸出液中的硫酸钙盐进行去除。以碳酸钠溶液为沉淀剂，考察了沉淀剂浓度、反应温度、搅拌强度和平衡时间对浸出液中硫酸钙的去除效果及碳酸钙产品晶型晶貌的影响。结果表明，钙离子去除率几乎达到100％，同时获得了粒径10μm 左右、颗粒分散均匀、高附加值的球形碳酸钙副产品。

Water leaching experiments on the sintering dust collected from Baogang Steel Corporation were carried out.The re-sults show that there are large amounts of potassium salt and calcium sulfate in the leaching solution.It implies that calcium sul-fate should be removed in order to obtain the pure potassium chloride and reduce the risk of operation.Using sodium carbonate solution as a precipitating agent,the influences of the concentration of sodium carbonate solution,reaction temperature,stirring speed and equilibrium time on the removal rate of Ca2+ ,the crystal form and shape of the calcium carbonate precipitate were all studied.The results show that almost 100% of Ca2+ can be removed and spherical CaCO3 crystals with mean particle size of 10μm and good dispersion have been obtained.
