探讨肌层浸润性膀胱癌保留膀胱手术即钬激光肿瘤汽化剜除术+膀胱内灌注化疗治疗的临床疗效。方法对2006年4月~2010年6月经尿道膀胱肿瘤钬激光剜除术后确诊为肌层浸润性膀胱癌（T2N0M0）并保留膀胱的48例患者，术后给予膀胱灌注化疗并进行回顾性分析。结果48例患者均获得随访，随访时间36个月，平均32.0个月。46例患者无复发及转移。2例术后复发。复发患者均行全膀胱切除术，无死亡病例。无明显并发症。结论对采用钬激光剜除术保留膀胱手术的肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者，术后采用膀胱内灌注化疗的治疗方法，能有效减少肿瘤复发，提高患者的生活质量。
탐토기층침윤성방광암보류방광수술즉화격광종류기화완제술+방광내관주화료치료적림상료효。방법대2006년4월~2010년6월경뇨도방광종류화격광완제술후학진위기층침윤성방광암（T2N0M0）병보류방광적48례환자，술후급여방광관주화료병진행회고성분석。결과48례환자균획득수방，수방시간36개월，평균32.0개월。46례환자무복발급전이。2례술후복발。복발환자균행전방광절제술，무사망병례。무명현병발증。결론대채용화격광완제술보류방광수술적기층침윤성방광암환자，술후채용방광내관주화료적치료방법，능유효감소종류복발，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore the curative effect of the retained surgery of the muscularis invasive bladder cancer (to observer the clinical efficiency of holmium laser vaporization tumor gouge out previously + bladder perfusion chemotherapy ). Methods From Apr 2006 to Jun 2010, 48 cases were diagnosed with invasive bladder cancer by Holmium laser Gouge vapor-ization surgery. The bladder were preserved. 48 cases recieved bladder perfusion chemotherapy after surgery. The data of 48 cas-es were analyzed retrospectively. Results 48 patients were followed up,and the time of follow-up was 36 months,the average time was 32.0 months. 46 cases of patients had no recurrence and metastasis but 2 cases had recurrence. Recurrence patients were treated with total cystectomy. They had no obvious complications and they were both survival. Conclusion Treating the muscularis invasive bladder cancer patients who were diagnosed with invasive bladder cancer by Holmium laster Gouge vapor-ization surgery with bladder perfusion chemotherapy after surgery can reduce the recurrence rate of tumor , improve the life qual-ity of patients.
