对造纸废水中zeta电位的实时在线监测系统进行了研究。利用流动电位法测定废水中zeta电位的装置,采用PLC和WinCC搭建一个基于zeta电位的实时在线监控系统,实时采集并显示废水处理中各种指标和zeta电位值。在误差允许范围内,该系统可以很好地应用到絮凝工段,指导絮凝剂的投放量,达到优化絮凝剂的目的。系统具有良好的人机界面,在工业现场絮凝工段具有很好的应用前景。
對造紙廢水中zeta電位的實時在線鑑測繫統進行瞭研究。利用流動電位法測定廢水中zeta電位的裝置,採用PLC和WinCC搭建一箇基于zeta電位的實時在線鑑控繫統,實時採集併顯示廢水處理中各種指標和zeta電位值。在誤差允許範圍內,該繫統可以很好地應用到絮凝工段,指導絮凝劑的投放量,達到優化絮凝劑的目的。繫統具有良好的人機界麵,在工業現場絮凝工段具有很好的應用前景。

The real time and online monitoring system for zeta potential of wastewater in papermaking process is studied. With help of the device using streaming potential method to measure zeta potential, and by adopting PLC and WinCC, the real time online monitoring system based on zeta potential is built; various indexes and zeta potential values in wastewater handling process are collected and displayed in real time. Within the range of allowable error, the system can be used in flocculation section for guiding the put-in amount of the flocculant, thus the target of optimizing flocculant is reached. In addition, the system features excellent man machine interface. The system possesses good applicable prospect in flocculation section of industrial fields.
