为实现红外热像系统性能检测设备的国产化，设计了检测仪的电路系统。针对红外系统的关键测试指标，提出了检测仪的总体设计方案，详细阐述了检测仪的硬件电路设计，论述了红外系统最小可分辨温差( MRTD)、噪声等效温差( NETD)等指标的测试原理与算法，给出了电路检测软件和维修指导软件的设计方法。试验测试表明，该检测系统电路达到了设计指标要求，目前已应用于某小型红外系统检测诊断设备中。

To realize the localization of the performance detection equipment for infrared thermal imaging system, the circuitry system of the detector has been designed. In accordance with the critical testing indexed, the overall design scheme of the detector is proposed. The hardware circuit design is described in detail, and the testing principles and algorithms for minimum resolvable temperature difference( MRTD) and noise equal temperature difference(NETD) in IR system are expounded. The experimental tests indicate that the circuitry of the detecting system reaches the requirements of design goal, it has been applied in detection and diagnosis equipment of certain small scale IR system.
