分析供配电设计中存在变压器轻载、低效运行的原因,指出采用需要系数法及利用系数法确定计算负荷的局限性。分析表明,需结合工艺生产过程确定计算负荷。提出可利用软件准确计算最大半小时电力负荷、平均负荷及输出负荷曲线。根据新的负荷计算方法提出了基于变压器节能运行的容量选择及负荷分配方法,并从配电电缆经济性方面对末端配电方式进行了讨论。

The problems of light load and low efficiency operation of transformer were analyzed. The limitations of calculation load by use of demand factor method and utilization factor method were pointed out. The results show the production process should be taken into consideration in power load calculation. We present a new load calculation method which could exactly represent maximum power load and average power load in a typical production cycle and output load curves. A new method of transformer capacity selection and load distribution, aiming at energy saving and loss decreasing, was provided. And the economical terminal power distribution mode was discussed based on the aforementioned method.
