核电设备和部件的动态特性包括其固有频率和相应模态。对于动态特性受支承条件影响的核电设备，将之简化为带接地弹簧的质量-弹簧系统，并分析接地弹簧刚度的变化对该系统动态特性的影响。在此基础上，从带罚数的有限元配点法出发，推导接地弹簧的有限元等价形式，证明接地弹簧刚度与罚数的等价性，并由此等价性，阐明支承条件在施加设备边界条件过程中所起的作用。
覈電設備和部件的動態特性包括其固有頻率和相應模態。對于動態特性受支承條件影響的覈電設備，將之簡化為帶接地彈簧的質量-彈簧繫統，併分析接地彈簧剛度的變化對該繫統動態特性的影響。在此基礎上，從帶罰數的有限元配點法齣髮，推導接地彈簧的有限元等價形式，證明接地彈簧剛度與罰數的等價性，併由此等價性，闡明支承條件在施加設備邊界條件過程中所起的作用。

The dynamic characteristics include natural frequencies and mode shapes, for nuclear power equipments and components, they are affect-ed by their supporting conditions. These equipments and components are often modeled as simplified mass-spring systems with ground springs. Analyzes the effects of the stiffness of ground springs on the dynamic characteristics of the corresponding system. The dynamic characteristics vary significantly with the stiffness of the ground springs. The equivalent finite element form of the ground springs is de-rived using the point collocation method with penalty coefficients. The variations of dynamic characteristics as a function of ground springs, as well as the equivalence of the penalty coefficients to the ground springs, demonstrate the effects of supporting conditions on the dynamic characteristics of the equipments and components.
