为解决火炮身管材料硬度提高,膛线数目增多,槽线变深,缠角变大,机械拉削难以实现混合膛线的难成型问题,设计了一套炮管内孔抛光阴极、混合膛线阴极和电解加工工装.采用试验阴极进行了某火炮身管混合膛线电解加工工艺试验,通过对试验检测,其尺寸精度和表面质量符合设计图纸要求,加工尺寸误差小于±0.03mm,表面粗糙度 Ra<0.6μm.
為解決火砲身管材料硬度提高,膛線數目增多,槽線變深,纏角變大,機械拉削難以實現混閤膛線的難成型問題,設計瞭一套砲管內孔拋光陰極、混閤膛線陰極和電解加工工裝.採用試驗陰極進行瞭某火砲身管混閤膛線電解加工工藝試驗,通過對試驗檢測,其呎吋精度和錶麵質量符閤設計圖紙要求,加工呎吋誤差小于±0.03mm,錶麵粗糙度 Ra<0.6μm.

The electrochemical machining (ECM ) equipments with inner hole polishing cathode and rifling machining cathode were designed to realize machining mixed rifling ,which is difficult to be formed by mechanical broaching due to hard material of gun barrel ,increasing number of rifling ,deep slot line as well as large spiral angle .Machining dimension error and surface roughness of the experimental results are less than ± 0 .03 mm and Ra 0 .6 μm respectively ,w hich indicates that the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the machined workpiece satisfy the requirements .
