几内亚博凯地区铝土矿勘探项目中分别采用无冲洗介质岩心钻探和螺旋钻探2种工艺,通过工程实践和对比试验结果表明:在风化残积地层中无冲洗介质岩心钻探存在着效率低、成本高、岩心质量难以保障、工人劳动强度高等问题。采用螺旋钻探工艺施工,其钻探质量不仅能够满足规范设计要求,而且可以降低成本、提高钻探效率,其钻探效率是岩心钻探的6畅77倍,综合施工效率是岩心钻探的3畅5倍。
幾內亞博凱地區鋁土礦勘探項目中分彆採用無遲洗介質巖心鑽探和螺鏇鑽探2種工藝,通過工程實踐和對比試驗結果錶明:在風化殘積地層中無遲洗介質巖心鑽探存在著效率低、成本高、巖心質量難以保障、工人勞動彊度高等問題。採用螺鏇鑽探工藝施工,其鑽探質量不僅能夠滿足規範設計要求,而且可以降低成本、提高鑽探效率,其鑽探效率是巖心鑽探的6暢77倍,綜閤施工效率是巖心鑽探的3暢5倍。

No circulation media core drilling and auger drilling were used for the bauxite prospecting in Bokai of Guinea. The engineering practice and the comparison test show that no circulation media core drilling has disadvantages of low effi-ciency, high cost, unstable core quality and high labor intensity in weathering residual formations;but with auger drilling technology, the drilling quality of design requirement by specification can be satisfied with lower cost and higher drilling ef-ficiency, the drilling efficiency is 6.77 times that of core drilling and the comprehensive construction efficiency is 3.5 times that of the core drilling.
