以电动汽车充换电站系统和充换电设备间的互操作研究为背景,首先介绍了IEC61850标准抽象通信服务接口ACSI (abstract communication service interface)和制造报文规范MMS在IEC61850中的应用,分析了电动汽车充换电站服务接口平台的架构和充换电设备的抽象通信服务接口对象模型,并给出了服务平台的接口框架和接口定义,最终实现了电动汽车充换电站系统模块总体设计和服务模块接口设计。

Taking the interoperability between the EV charg-ing station system and the charging equipment as the research background,this paper firstly introduces the IEC61850 standard abstract communication service interface ACSI and application of the MMS(manufacturing message specification)in IEC61850, and analyzes the architecture of electric vehicle charging station service interface platform and the abstract communication service interface object model of the charging equipment,and gives the service platform interface framework and interface definitions,and finally realizes the overall design of the electric vehicle charging station system module as well as the design of the service module interface.
