在混合能源互补供电系统(HEPSS)中,能量管理与控制是保证系统安全、稳定、高效运行的关键。在研究系统各单元控制技术基础上,基于多目标优化理论与控制技术,设计系统能量稳态分配和动态补偿有机结合的模态协调机制,并开发智能监控软件系统实时获取系统运行状态参数,提高了混合能源互补供电系统的安全性、稳定性、经济性及电能质量。
在混閤能源互補供電繫統(HEPSS)中,能量管理與控製是保證繫統安全、穩定、高效運行的關鍵。在研究繫統各單元控製技術基礎上,基于多目標優化理論與控製技術,設計繫統能量穩態分配和動態補償有機結閤的模態協調機製,併開髮智能鑑控軟件繫統實時穫取繫統運行狀態參數,提高瞭混閤能源互補供電繫統的安全性、穩定性、經濟性及電能質量。

Energy management and control is the key in the hybrid energy power supply system (HEPSS)to ensure the safety, stability and efficiency of the system. Based on the research on the control technology of each unit of the system, and according to the multi-objective optimization theory and control technology,this paper presents the design of the modal coordination mechanism based on the organic combination of energy homeostasis allocation and dynamic compensation,and the development of intelligent monitoring software system for real-time acquisition system operating parameters to improve the safety,stability,economy and energy quality of the mixed energy complementary power supply system.
