为了能够全面、科学地评价配电网建设项目,利用层次分析法的评价方法,对配电网项目的建设驱动因素进行分析,选取负荷增长、网架完善、安全供电、经营效益和社会效益等5个指标作为配电网项目评价的主要指标,并以此展开微观指标的选取,形成了完整的配电网项目评价指标体系。该体系可适用于不同地区配电网项目的评价对比,能够对配电网进行多角度、全方面的评价。
為瞭能夠全麵、科學地評價配電網建設項目,利用層次分析法的評價方法,對配電網項目的建設驅動因素進行分析,選取負荷增長、網架完善、安全供電、經營效益和社會效益等5箇指標作為配電網項目評價的主要指標,併以此展開微觀指標的選取,形成瞭完整的配電網項目評價指標體繫。該體繫可適用于不同地區配電網項目的評價對比,能夠對配電網進行多角度、全方麵的評價。

In order to evaluate the distribution network construction projects in a comprehensive and scientific manner, the analytic hierarchy process comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the driving factors for construction of those projects, and five main indexes such as the load growth, improvement of the grid architecture, safety power supply, economic and social benefits are selected, based on which micro indexes are further selected to form a complete project evaluation index system distribution network projects. The system can be applied in the evaluation and comparison of distribution network projects in different areas,and helps to form a multi-angle and all-around evaluation of the distribution network.
