本文中设计了一键触发式的车窗防夹控制器的初始化方法,实现了控制器的自动匹配,并提出了无防夹参数下车窗停止位置的识别方法。首先在实时记录传感器信息的过程中对电机电流进行平滑处理,并提取信息数据中的特征点,建立特征点个数与车窗位置对应的模式。通过模式识别确定车窗受阻停止的位置,保证匹配生成参数的准确性,并可实现匹配过程的安全保护。之后利用信息数据的分布特征计算出防夹参数。最后通过夹持和到顶实验验证表明,经匹配的车窗,其性能满足国际法规要求。

A ‘one-key trigger’ scheme is devised for the initialization of anti-pinch car window controller to achieve the automatic matching of the controller, and a method is proposed to identify the stop position of window without anti-pinch parameters in this paper. Firstly, the motor current is smoothed in the process of real time sensor information recording, and the feature points in information data are extracted to create a number of feature points corresponding to the position of window. The position of window stop with resistance is determined by pattern recog-nition to ensure the accuracy of parameters generated by matching to achieve safety protection in matching process. Then anti-pinch parameters are calculated based on the distribution feature of information data. Finally validation tests are conducted of both pinching and window closing with a result indicating that the performances of matched window meet the requirements of international regulations.
