利用各种工业级总线模块,在LabVIEW集成环境下,采用多线程技术开发了燃料电池汽车氢气消耗量检测试验台的测控系统。该系统能按照试验规范,完成试验过程中检测、控制、监测、报警和数据处理等功能。试验结果表明,此测控系统工作稳定可靠,可维护性和可扩展性强,测量精度达到试验要求,为进一步研究燃料电池汽车氢气消耗量检测方法提供基础。
利用各種工業級總線模塊,在LabVIEW集成環境下,採用多線程技術開髮瞭燃料電池汽車氫氣消耗量檢測試驗檯的測控繫統。該繫統能按照試驗規範,完成試驗過程中檢測、控製、鑑測、報警和數據處理等功能。試驗結果錶明,此測控繫統工作穩定可靠,可維護性和可擴展性彊,測量精度達到試驗要求,為進一步研究燃料電池汽車氫氣消耗量檢測方法提供基礎。

In LabVIEW integration environment, by using industrial bus modules and adopting multithread-ing technology, a measurement and control system of hydrogen consumption test bench for fuel cell vehicles is devel-oped. The system can perform the functions of test, control, monitoring, alarming and data processing according to test specifications. Test results show that the system works stably and reliably and has good maintainability and ex-pandability with its measurement accuracy meeting test requirements, providing a basis for further study on the measurement technique of hydrogen consumption for fuel cell vehicles.
