针对客车结构在侧翻碰撞变形部位无法增加有效的吸能元件的特点,提出一种弹出机构侧翻保护方案,在尽可能不增加成本的前提下改善客车侧翻安全性能。该弹出式机构,在车体即将接触地面的时刻使某一行李舱门迅速弹开,先于车身本体结构与地面接触,产生均匀变形并吸收能量。车身段侧翻仿真与试验验证了该方案的侧翻保护效果,最后,对该结构进行轻量化改进设计。
針對客車結構在側翻踫撞變形部位無法增加有效的吸能元件的特點,提齣一種彈齣機構側翻保護方案,在儘可能不增加成本的前提下改善客車側翻安全性能。該彈齣式機構,在車體即將接觸地麵的時刻使某一行李艙門迅速彈開,先于車身本體結構與地麵接觸,產生均勻變形併吸收能量。車身段側翻倣真與試驗驗證瞭該方案的側翻保護效果,最後,對該結構進行輕量化改進設計。

In view of the feature of bus structure that it is hard to add effective energy absorbing elements in deformation region during rollover, a rollover protection scheme with pop-up mechanism is proposed without too-much cost rise. When the body is about to touch road surface, a luggage compartment door with pop-up mechanism quickly opens,hits the ground, deforms evenly and absorbs impact energy before vehicle body does. The body sec-tion rollover simulation and test verify the rollover protection effects of the proposed scheme. Finally a lightweighting modification design is conducted on the structure of body section with pop-up compartment door.
