氢发动机由于氢气空气混合气的点火能量低,经常发生回火和其它不正常燃烧现象,影响了氢发动机的性能。为了研究进气道喷射式氢发动机在不同负荷工况下的回火发生情况,对一台4缸2.0L的氢发动机进行了试验研究。结果表明:当氢发动机工作在小负荷工况时,氢气空气混合气的燃烧速度缓慢,致使剩余大量氢气未燃,引发回火;当氢发动机工作在大负荷工况时,由于缸内高温残余废气或者缸内未完全冷却的热点引燃氢气空气混合气,引发回火。
氫髮動機由于氫氣空氣混閤氣的點火能量低,經常髮生迴火和其它不正常燃燒現象,影響瞭氫髮動機的性能。為瞭研究進氣道噴射式氫髮動機在不同負荷工況下的迴火髮生情況,對一檯4缸2.0L的氫髮動機進行瞭試驗研究。結果錶明:噹氫髮動機工作在小負荷工況時,氫氣空氣混閤氣的燃燒速度緩慢,緻使剩餘大量氫氣未燃,引髮迴火;噹氫髮動機工作在大負荷工況時,由于缸內高溫殘餘廢氣或者缸內未完全冷卻的熱點引燃氫氣空氣混閤氣,引髮迴火。

Due to the low ignition energy of hydrogen-air mixture, backfire and other abnormal combustion phenomena often happen in hydrogen engine, affecting its performances. For investigating the situation of backfire in port injection hydrogen engines at different loading conditions, an experimental study is conducted on a 2. 0L four-cylinder hydrogen engine. The results show that when hydrogen engine works at low load condition, the combustion velocity of hydrogen-air mixture is rather low and a large amount of unburned hydrogen remains, leading to the oc-currence of backfire;while at high load condition, the high temperature residual exhaust gas or hot spots in cylinder ignite the hydrogen-air mixture and cause backfire.
