为了快速准确地生成离心泵全计算域,借助Visual C++6.0语言开发环境及MFC可视对话框技术,利用Pro/E的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT及其相关接口函数,通过建立尺寸变量驱动三维实体模板,开发了离心泵全计算域参数化造型及装配软件P3D,并采用动态连接库通信方式调用MFC,设计了直观易用的可视化交互界面。实例表明,程序运行效果良好,能大幅提高工作效率。

Inordertoproduceaccuratecentrifugalpumpcalculationdomainrapidly,parameterizationmodelingsoftwareP3Dforwhole computational domain of centrifugal pump was developed through building size variable to transform the 3D model with the further de-velopment tool Pro/TOOLKIT of Pro/E which encapsulated a lot of API function interfaces.P3D is based on Visual C++6.0 platform and MFC framework was used to develop user interface.The easy-to-use intuitive interface with powerful interaction and visualization was designed by adopting a dynamic link library to call MFC.Examples show that the program runs well with high efficiency.
