以川东北地区高压裂缝性气藏开发钻井现场普遍使用的楔形节流阀为例,分析开度与节流面积、节流压降、流体速度的关系,并依据伯努利方程建立节流压降与开度、流体密度、进口流量的数学模型,采用workbench流固耦合数值模拟方法,对所述条件下的节流阀内部流场和阀芯应力分布对比分析。结果表明,楔形节流阀节流能力随开度的增大迅速减小,随流体密度、进口流量的增大而增大,在一定开度下,由于阀腔内流体的高速流动,阀芯变径台阶面与轴销连接孔位置处出现应力集中,同时阀芯节流面附近有明显漩涡产生,引起阀芯振动,容易导致断裂失效;当开度较小时,节流效果显著,含固相颗粒的流体容易造成节流阀堵塞,且高速流体对阀座冲刷引起刺漏,该分析结果与现场节流阀失效情况十分吻合。

TakingausedinfieldoffracturedcontinentalhighpressuregasreservoirdevelopmentintheNortheasternSichuan wedge manual throttle valve as an example,investigated the relationship among throttle areas,pressure drop,velocity and throttle opening,and also established mathematical model which is concerned with throttle opening,fluid density,imported flow and pres-sure drop based on bernoulli’s equation.The distribution of the flow field inside the throttle valve and the spool stress distribution under different conditions are compared and analyzed by using the workbench fluid-structure interaction numerical simulation method.The results suggest that the throttling ability decreases quickly with the increase of the degrees of opening in addition it decreases with the increase of fluid density and imported flow.The results suggest that in a certain degree of opening,because of the high speed flow of the valve cavity fluid,the connecting hole of value core stepped surface and pin occurs stress concentration, and the wedge guide surface appears obvious vortex generation which will cause the valve vibration leading to fracture failure;When the degrees of opening is small,the throttling valve works effectively and cause some problems frequently because of the high pressure impact effects of solid-phase fluid such as wedge faces assassination,block and so on.The results of the analysis are very consistent with the field value core failure situation.
