通过搭建试验测试平台测试了螺旋扭曲膨胀管油冷却器壳侧传热及压降性能,并与传统的折流板式油冷却器进行了性能对比。结果表明,螺旋扭曲膨胀管油冷却器传热和压降性能都优于传统折流板油冷却器;在相同的压降下,螺旋扭曲膨胀管油冷却器的壳程传热系数是传统折流板式油冷却器的2~3倍,综合性能有明显的优越性。根据试验结果拟合出了螺旋扭曲膨胀管油冷却器壳程传热系数和压降与壳程流速的关系式,为后续螺旋扭曲膨胀管油冷却器的推广应用提供参考。
通過搭建試驗測試平檯測試瞭螺鏇扭麯膨脹管油冷卻器殼側傳熱及壓降性能,併與傳統的摺流闆式油冷卻器進行瞭性能對比。結果錶明,螺鏇扭麯膨脹管油冷卻器傳熱和壓降性能都優于傳統摺流闆油冷卻器;在相同的壓降下,螺鏇扭麯膨脹管油冷卻器的殼程傳熱繫數是傳統摺流闆式油冷卻器的2~3倍,綜閤性能有明顯的優越性。根據試驗結果擬閤齣瞭螺鏇扭麯膨脹管油冷卻器殼程傳熱繫數和壓降與殼程流速的關繫式,為後續螺鏇扭麯膨脹管油冷卻器的推廣應用提供參攷。

Heattransferandpressuredropperformancetestingsystemisestablishedforthespiraltwistedexpansiontubeoil cooler.Shell-side heat transfer and pressure drop performances of spiral twisted expansion tube oil cooler is obtained and com-pared with those of segmental baffles oil cooler.The results show that the heat transfer and pressure drop performances of spiral twisted expansion tube oil cooler are both better than those of the traditional segmental baffles At the same given pressure drop,the heat transfer coefficient of shell side of spiral twisted tube oil cooler is 2~3 times of that of segmental baffle oil cooler.The com-prehensive performance of spiral twisted expansion tube oil cooler is obviously superior.Then the heat transfer coefficient and fric-tion factor correlations of the shell side of the spiral twisted expansion tube oil cooler are fitted by experimental data.These corre-lations provide reference for the future application of spiral twisted expansion tube oil cooler.
