当下高校思想政治理论课单一的内部资源已难以持续思想政治教育研究和教学上的创新，需要建立“开放、集成、高效”的外部协同创新机制，超越高校内部思想政治教育与专业、学科、管理等之间的边界。构建思想政治教育协同创新机制要研究几个问题：专业知识中的思想政治教育意蕴；专业教师的思想政治教育素养；高校外部思想政治教育隐性资源；学生个体自主道德学习的路径；高校思想政治教育系统化管理机制。

At present,it’s difficult to keep on the educational research and teaching innovation for the college theoretical class of ideology and politics by relying on only the college’s internal resources. We need to establish an “opening,integrating and highly effective”external synergy innovation mecha-nism,which works beyond the bounds between college internal ideological and political education and majors,subjects,management,etc.Several problems should be paid more attention to:the ideological and political education implied in professional knowledge,the quality of professional teachers in the edu-cation of ideology and politics,the possible resources in the ideological and political education outside colleges,students self learning of morality and the systematic management mechanism in college’s ide-ological and political education.
