首次用正交实验的方法研究了N、S极交替布置的磁场处理的磁化水对水泥活性的影响,考虑了磁感应强度B、磁化时水的流速V、水泥品种C和磁程长度L及其相互间的交互作用的影响,定量地测量了各因素不同水平搭配下的磁化水对水泥的活性,分析了各影响因素的相关性,找出了最佳水平搭配.实验结果表明,用最佳水平搭配下的磁化水拌和两种实验用水泥时比用未磁化的自来水拌和两种水泥,其活性分别提高了36.1%和38.2%,效果很明显.这些研究结果对磁化水的应用研究和理论研究都具有指导意义.

The influences of magnetizing water to treat by the magnetic field arranging N-pole and S-pole alternately on cement’s vigor were studied by orthogonal experiment for the first time. Magnetic induction intensity B,water velocity V,cement type C,the length of magnetization path L,along with their interaction effects were considered. The vigor of magnetizing water of the influence factors with different values on cements was measured quantificationally. The relativity of the different influence factors was analyzed,and then the optimum matching programs were found. The experimental results show that the mixed two kinds of cements using magnetizing water in the optimum matching programs increased their vigor by 36.1%and 38.2%respectively,the effects are obvious. These results can be used to guide the theoretical studies and the applied researches of magnetizing water .
