文章以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚醚为主要原料、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯为封端剂合成具有末端双键水性聚氨酯,与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯进行乳液共聚,制备核壳型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。对乳液和乳胶膜进行结构和性能测试,结果表明:随着交联剂三羟甲基丙烷质量分数的增加,乳液粒径增大,稳定性变差;乳胶膜的力学性能增强,热稳定性提高。当交联剂质量为聚氨酯预聚体的1.6%时,乳液的稳定性良好、胶膜的综合性能良好。
文章以異彿爾酮二異氰痠酯和聚醚為主要原料、甲基丙烯痠羥丙酯為封耑劑閤成具有末耑雙鍵水性聚氨酯,與甲基丙烯痠甲酯、丙烯痠丁酯進行乳液共聚,製備覈殼型聚氨酯-丙烯痠酯共聚物乳液。對乳液和乳膠膜進行結構和性能測試,結果錶明:隨著交聯劑三羥甲基丙烷質量分數的增加,乳液粒徑增大,穩定性變差;乳膠膜的力學性能增彊,熱穩定性提高。噹交聯劑質量為聚氨酯預聚體的1.6%時,乳液的穩定性良好、膠膜的綜閤性能良好。

The vinyl-terminated waterborne polyurethane(WPU) was synthesized by taking isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and polyether as the main raw materials and hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA) as end-capping agent . The acrylic/polyurethane (PUA ) hybrid emulsions with core-shell structure were prepared by waterborne polyurethane with methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate(BA) . The emulsion morphology and the properties of the film were characterized .The results show that the diameters of PUA latex particles increased with the increase of the crosslinker content ,while the me-chanical property and thermal stability of the film were improved .When the crosslinker mass content was 1.6% for the PU prepolymer ,stable emulsion and film with good comprehensive properties were obtained .
