文章通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测量了淮北矿区电厂循环流化床燃煤固硫灰渣的化学成分;运用X-射线衍射仪分析了其矿物成分;并采用扫描电镜和氮吸附实验研究了其表面形貌和微观结构。结果表明,与传统煤粉炉产生的粉煤灰相比,淮北矿区循环流化床锅炉燃煤灰渣由于添加了固硫剂,燃煤灰渣中含有更多的钙和硫,微观结构、形貌上也存在差别,因而在资源化利用时,必须加以考虑。

Chemical components of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion ash and slag from a pow-er plant in Huaibei mining area were measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry .The mineral components were analyzed by X-ray diffraction spectrum ,and the surface morphology and mi-crostructure of coal ash were investigated by scanning electron microscope and N 2 adsorption experi-ments .T he results indicate that due to the addition of sulfur fixing agent ,the coal ash and slag gener-ated by the circulating fluidized bed boiler in Huaibei mining area contain much more calcium and sul-fur components than those by the traditional pulverized coal furnace and there is also a difference in the morphology and microstructure ,w hich should therefore be considered during resource utilization .
