文章根据全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的要求,设计一种可将重力势能转换为机械能并以此驱动小车绕桩行走的装置,用质量为1 kg的重块(φ50×65 mm ,普通碳钢)铅垂下降(400±2)mm提供该重力势能。根据设计要求选择了无碳小车的动力转换机构和转向机构,通过对比轨迹的优劣确定了最佳的槽轮机构,推导了小车的运动方程,利用 Excel 2007提供的公式计算迭代和描点成像功能,实现了小车轨迹的仿真和参数的即时修正,进一步设计制作完成了无碳小车的实物样机,验证了机构的合理性。

Based on the requirements of National College Students ’ Comprehensive Ability Competition in Engineering T raining ,a device w hich converts gravitational potential energy into mechanical energy to drive the vehicle moving around the obstacles is designed .The gravitational potential energy men-tioned is provided by the plain carbon steel weight of 1 kg which is 50 mm in diameter and 65 mm in height and is dropped vertically from the distance of (400 ± 2)mm .The power conversion mechanism and steering mechanism of the carbon-free car are selected according to the design requirements .The best Geneva mechanism is determined through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the tracks ,and then the equation of motion is derived .Based on the function of iteration and plot of Microsoft Excell2007 software ,the simulation of car track and the timely parameter modifications are achieved .Finally the physical prototype of the carbon-free car is completed ,w hich verifies the ration-ality of the mechanism .
