教学中教与学彼此依存,相辅相成,教与学不是简单地相加,而是有机地结合或辩证地统一。认识教学的本质,实现真正意义上的教学目标、教学目的实施手段的完整实用的规划,必须了解人才成长的规律,遵循有效的规律,实施对未来教育本质、教学本质上的改革与创新,将教学本质与人才成长的规律联系起来,达到两者意义与实质上的辩证统一的关系。

Teaching and learning are interdependent and mutually reinforcing,not simply the sum of teaching and learning, but organically or dialectical unity. It will achieve the complete and practical planning of teaching purpose and teaching method in real sense if people understand the teaching nature. Thus we must understand the law of talent growth and follow it to practice the reform and innovation of future education nature and teaching nature. In order to achieve the dialectical unity relationship, people should make the teaching nature connected with talents development law.
