Tai Ji and aerobic exercises are selected in the paper as different exercise styles. The tracing experiment on students is divided in two different groups. The main purpose is the investigating of the relationship between different exercise styles with body-self, self-esteem and satisfaction of life. It promotes the cognition of people on relation between body exercises and mental health, provides the reference for selection of body exercise styles also.
