本试验旨在探讨限定日投喂率时,投喂频率对异育银鲫高糖、高脂饲料利用的影响。对照组以高蛋白质饲料日投喂2次,HC2、HL2组分别以高糖、高脂饲料日投喂2次,HC4、HL4组分别以高糖、高脂饲料日投喂4次。每组设3个重复,每个重复放养12尾初始体重为(13.18±0.24)g 的健康异育银鲫。试验期为7周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,HL4组增重率、特定生长率显著下降(P<0.05),饲料系数显著升高( P<0.05),HC4、HL4组肝体指数显著增大(P<0.05)。2)HC4组肠道蛋白酶活性显著低于 HC2组(P<0.05),而肠道淀粉酶活性则相反;HL4组肠道脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性较 HL2组显著下降(P<0.05)。3)HL4组肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶活性较 HL2组显著下降(P<0.05),HC4、HC2组肝胰脏谷胱甘肽含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)除 HL4组鱼体粗脂肪含量显著低于 HL2组(P<0.05)外,投喂频率对异育银鲫体成分无显著影响( P >0.05)。由此得出,在日投喂率一定的前提下,投喂频率由2次/ d增至4次/ d 降低了异育银鲫对高脂饲料的利用,对高糖饲料的利用无显著影响。

본시험지재탐토한정일투위솔시,투위빈솔대이육은즉고당、고지사료이용적영향。대조조이고단백질사료일투위2차,HC2、HL2조분별이고당、고지사료일투위2차,HC4、HL4조분별이고당、고지사료일투위4차。매조설3개중복,매개중복방양12미초시체중위(13.18±0.24)g 적건강이육은즉。시험기위7주。결과표명:1)여대조조상비,HL4조증중솔、특정생장솔현저하강(P<0.05),사료계수현저승고( P<0.05),HC4、HL4조간체지수현저증대(P<0.05)。2)HC4조장도단백매활성현저저우 HC2조(P<0.05),이장도정분매활성칙상반;HL4조장도지방매、정분매활성교 HL2조현저하강(P<0.05)。3)HL4조간이장초양화물기화매활성교 HL2조현저하강(P<0.05),HC4、HC2조간이장곡광감태함량、초양화물기화매활성무현저차이(P>0.05)。4)제 HL4조어체조지방함량현저저우 HL2조(P<0.05)외,투위빈솔대이육은즉체성분무현저영향( P >0.05)。유차득출,재일투위솔일정적전제하,투위빈솔유2차/ d증지4차/ d 강저료이육은즉대고지사료적이용,대고당사료적이용무현저영향。
A 7-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of feeding frequency on utilization of high carbohydrate or lipid diets for Carassius auratus gibelio under the condition of limited daily feeding rate. The fish with an initial body weight of(13.18±0.24)g was randomly assigned to 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 12 fish per replicate. One of the 5 groups was the control group which was fed high protein diet at feeding frequency of 2 times per day,the other four groups were the experimental groups which were ran-domly fed high carbohydrate or lipid diets at feeding frequency of 2 times per day(groups HC2 and HL2)or 4 times per day(groups HC4 and HL4),respectively. The results showed as follows:1)compared with con-trol group,the weight gain rate(WGR)and special growth rate(SGR)in group HL4 were significantly de-creased(P<0.05),but the feed conversion ratio( FCR)was significantly increased( P<0.05). Otherwise, the hepatosomatic index( HSI)in groups HC4 and HL4 was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05). 2)The activity of intestinal protease in group HC4 was significantly lower than that in group HC2(P<0.05),while the activity of intestinal amylase was opposite. The activities of intestinal lipase and am-ylase in group HL4 were significantly lower than those in group HL2(P<0.05). 3)The activity of hepatopan-creas superoxide dismutase(SOD)in group HL4 was significantly lower than that in group HL2( P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in hepatopancreas glutathione( GSH)content and SOD activity be-tween groups HC4 and HC2(P>0.05). 4)Feeding frequency had no significant effects on fish body composi-tion(P>0.05)except that the content of ethyl ether in group HL4 was significantly lower than that in group HL2(P<0.05). The results indicate that increasing feeding frequency from 2 to 4 times per day can reduce the utilization of high lipid diet,but do not significantly affect the utilization of high carbohydrate diet for Caras-sius auratus gibelio under the condition of limited daily feeding rate.
