本试验旨在研究黑麦草颗粒饲粮对扬州鹅器官发育和血清生化指标的影响。试验选择1日龄扬州鹅300只,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。各组饲粮黑麦草添加水平分别为0(对照组)、2%(Ⅰ组)、4%(Ⅱ组)、6%(Ⅲ组)和8%(Ⅳ组)。试验期为21 d。结果表明:1)Ⅳ组的心脏重量显著高于对照组( P <0.05),Ⅱ组的肌胃重量显著高于对照组( P <0.05),Ⅰ~Ⅲ组的肝脏和脾脏重量高于对照组(P>0.05)。2)Ⅲ组的十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠及总肠段长度均长于对照组(P>0.05)。3)Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清低密度脂蛋白含量显著低于对照组( P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,黑麦草颗粒饲粮能够提高扬州鹅器官重量和肠道长度,改善血清生化指标,黑麦草适宜添加水平为6%。
本試驗旨在研究黑麥草顆粒飼糧對颺州鵝器官髮育和血清生化指標的影響。試驗選擇1日齡颺州鵝300隻,隨機分成5組,每組3箇重複,每箇重複20隻。各組飼糧黑麥草添加水平分彆為0(對照組)、2%(Ⅰ組)、4%(Ⅱ組)、6%(Ⅲ組)和8%(Ⅳ組)。試驗期為21 d。結果錶明:1)Ⅳ組的心髒重量顯著高于對照組( P <0.05),Ⅱ組的肌胃重量顯著高于對照組( P <0.05),Ⅰ~Ⅲ組的肝髒和脾髒重量高于對照組(P>0.05)。2)Ⅲ組的十二指腸、空腸、迴腸、盲腸及總腸段長度均長于對照組(P>0.05)。3)Ⅲ、Ⅳ組血清低密度脂蛋白含量顯著低于對照組( P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白含量顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。由此可見,黑麥草顆粒飼糧能夠提高颺州鵝器官重量和腸道長度,改善血清生化指標,黑麥草適宜添加水平為6%。
본시험지재연구흑맥초과립사량대양주아기관발육화혈청생화지표적영향。시험선택1일령양주아300지,수궤분성5조,매조3개중복,매개중복20지。각조사량흑맥초첨가수평분별위0(대조조)、2%(Ⅰ조)、4%(Ⅱ조)、6%(Ⅲ조)화8%(Ⅳ조)。시험기위21 d。결과표명:1)Ⅳ조적심장중량현저고우대조조( P <0.05),Ⅱ조적기위중량현저고우대조조( P <0.05),Ⅰ~Ⅲ조적간장화비장중량고우대조조(P>0.05)。2)Ⅲ조적십이지장、공장、회장、맹장급총장단장도균장우대조조(P>0.05)。3)Ⅲ、Ⅳ조혈청저밀도지단백함량현저저우대조조( P<0.05),고밀도지단백함량현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。유차가견,흑맥초과립사량능구제고양주아기관중량화장도장도,개선혈청생화지표,흑맥초괄의첨가수평위6%。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of ryegrass pellet diet on organ development and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese. A total of 300 one-day-old Yangzhou geese were randomly di-vided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 geese per replicate. Geese in the groups were fed the di-ets supplemented with 0(control group),2%(group Ⅰ),4%(group Ⅱ),6%(group Ⅲ)and 8%(groupⅣ)ryegrass,respectively. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows:1)the heart weight in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the muscular stomach weight in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group( P<0.05),and the liver and spleen weight in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were higher than those in control group(P>0.05). 2)The length of duodenum,jeju-num,ileum,cecum and total intestinal segment in group Ⅲ were longer than those in control group( P >0.05). 3)The serum low density lipoprotein content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum high density lipoprotein content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). In conclusion,ryegrass pellet diet can improve the organ weight, intestinal length and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese,and the optimal supplemental level of ryegrass is 6%.
