本试验旨在研究不同饲粮钙水平对贵妃鸡生长性能、体尺性状及趾骨特性的影响,以评价贵妃鸡饲粮中钙的适宜水平。选用1日龄贵妃鸡240只,随机分为5组,每个组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡,分别饲喂钙水平为0.65%(基础饲粮)、0.80%、0.95%、1.10%和1.30%的玉米-豆粕型饲粮(可利用磷水平为0.51%),试验期49 d。结果表明:1)饲粮钙水平对贵妃鸡生长性能有显著的影响(P<0.05),随着饲粮钙水平的提高,平均日增重和平均日采食量呈断线和二次曲线变化(P<0.05);但腿病发生率和死亡率组间差异不显著( P>0.05)。2)饲粮钙水平显著影响贵妃鸡的腿肌率和腹脂率( P <0.05),且随着饲粮钙水平的提高,腹脂率呈线性降低( P <0.05),腿肌率呈二次曲线变化趋势(P =0.072),但其他屠宰性能和各项肉品质指标均不受影响(P>0.05)。3)随着饲粮钙水平的提高,贵妃鸡龙骨长呈断线变化(P<0.05),体斜长和胫围呈二次曲线变化(P<0.05),但其他体尺指标无显著变化( P>0.05)。4)饲粮钙水平对贵妃鸡趾骨粗灰分和粗灰分钙含量有显著影响( P<0.05),且随着饲粮钙水平的提高呈二次曲线变化( P <0.05)。综上所述,平均日增重、平均日采食量、体斜长、龙骨长、胫围以及趾骨粗灰分、粗灰分钙含量是贵妃鸡体内钙的营养状况的敏感指标,综合以上敏感指标得出1~49日龄贵妃鸡饲粮中钙的适宜水平为1.10%(可利用磷水平为0.51%)。

본시험지재연구불동사량개수평대귀비계생장성능、체척성상급지골특성적영향,이평개귀비계사량중개적괄의수평。선용1일령귀비계240지,수궤분위5조,매개조6개중복,매개중복8지계,분별사위개수평위0.65%(기출사량)、0.80%、0.95%、1.10%화1.30%적옥미-두박형사량(가이용린수평위0.51%),시험기49 d。결과표명:1)사량개수평대귀비계생장성능유현저적영향(P<0.05),수착사량개수평적제고,평균일증중화평균일채식량정단선화이차곡선변화(P<0.05);단퇴병발생솔화사망솔조간차이불현저( P>0.05)。2)사량개수평현저영향귀비계적퇴기솔화복지솔( P <0.05),차수착사량개수평적제고,복지솔정선성강저( P <0.05),퇴기솔정이차곡선변화추세(P =0.072),단기타도재성능화각항육품질지표균불수영향(P>0.05)。3)수착사량개수평적제고,귀비계용골장정단선변화(P<0.05),체사장화경위정이차곡선변화(P<0.05),단기타체척지표무현저변화( P>0.05)。4)사량개수평대귀비계지골조회분화조회분개함량유현저영향( P<0.05),차수착사량개수평적제고정이차곡선변화( P <0.05)。종상소술,평균일증중、평균일채식량、체사장、용골장、경위이급지골조회분、조회분개함량시귀비계체내개적영양상황적민감지표,종합이상민감지표득출1~49일령귀비계사량중개적괄의수평위1.10%(가이용린수평위0.51%)。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary calcium(Ca)levels on growth performance,body measurements and toe quality of princess chickens. A total of 240 1-day-old prin-cess chickens were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates of 8 birds each,and were fed a corn-soy-bean diet(available phosphorus 0.51%)containing 0.65%(basal diet),0.80%,0.95%,1.10% and 1.30%of Ca,respectively. The experiment lasted for 49 days. The results showed as follows:1)dietary Ca level had a significant influence on growth performance(P<0.05). The average daily gain and average daily feed intake showed the broken-line and quadratic effects with the increasing of Ca level( P<0.05). But the leg paralysis occurrence and mortality were not significantly affected by the Ca level(P>0.05). 2)The dietary Ca level had significant influences on the percentages of leg muscle and abdominal fat(P<0.05)except for other carcass in-dices and meat quality. With the increasing of dietary Ca level,the percentage of abdominal fat was linearly de-creased(P<0.05),but the percentage of leg muscle tended to show a quadratic effect( P = 0.072). 3)The shank length showed the broken-line effects( P<0.05),while the body length and metatarsus circumference showed the quadratic effects(P<0.05)with the increasing of dietary Ca level. 4)Dietary Ca level had signifi-cant influences on the ash and Ca content in toe ash(P<0.05),which showed the quadratic effects with the in-creasing of dietary Ca level( P <0.05). In conclusion,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,body length,shank length,metatarsus circumference,toe ash and Ca content in toe ash are suitable for evaluating Ca requirement for princess chickens. The appropriate level of dietary Ca for princess chickens during the age of 1 to 49 days is recommended to be 1.10%(available phosphorus 0.51%).
