本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加高剂量植物甾醇对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及脂质代谢的影响,以确定植物甾醇对蛋鸡的生物安全性。选取体重和产蛋率相近的21周龄海兰褐蛋鸡360只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加20、80(最高推荐有效剂量)、400(5倍最高推荐有效剂量)、800 mg / kg(10倍最高推荐有效剂量)植物甾醇的试验饲粮,预试期3周,正试期12周。结果表明:植物甾醇对产蛋率、采食量、产蛋量和料蛋比均无显著影响(P>0.05)。植物甾醇对试验第12周蛋黄、蛋壳和蛋白比例影响显著(P<0.05),其中蛋壳比例和蛋白比例与植物甾醇添加量呈显著一次线性关系(P<0.01和 P<0.05)。植物甾醇对蛋鸡肝脏中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量有显著影响(P<0.05),且试验组均高于对照组。植物甾醇对蛋鸡肝脏中脂蛋白脂酶活性有显著影响(P<0.05),且与植物甾醇添加量呈显著一次线性关系( P<0.01)。植物甾醇对蛋黄中胆固醇含量影响显著( P<0.05),且与植物甾醇添加量呈显著一次线性关系(P<0.01),即蛋黄中胆固醇含量随着植物甾醇添加量的升高而升高;对血清、肝脏中胆固醇含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,除了蛋黄胆固醇含量,高剂量植物甾醇对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和脂类代谢没有负面作用。

본시험지재연구사량중첨가고제량식물치순대단계생산성능、단품질급지질대사적영향,이학정식물치순대단계적생물안전성。선취체중화산단솔상근적21주령해란갈단계360지,수궤분위5조,매조6개중복,매개중복12지。대조조사위기출사량,시험조사위재기출사량중분별첨가20、80(최고추천유효제량)、400(5배최고추천유효제량)、800 mg / kg(10배최고추천유효제량)식물치순적시험사량,예시기3주,정시기12주。결과표명:식물치순대산단솔、채식량、산단량화료단비균무현저영향(P>0.05)。식물치순대시험제12주단황、단각화단백비례영향현저(P<0.05),기중단각비례화단백비례여식물치순첨가량정현저일차선성관계(P<0.01화 P<0.05)。식물치순대단계간장중저밀도지단백담고순함량유현저영향(P<0.05),차시험조균고우대조조。식물치순대단계간장중지단백지매활성유현저영향(P<0.05),차여식물치순첨가량정현저일차선성관계( P<0.01)。식물치순대단황중담고순함량영향현저( P<0.05),차여식물치순첨가량정현저일차선성관계(P<0.01),즉단황중담고순함량수착식물치순첨가량적승고이승고;대혈청、간장중담고순함량무현저영향(P>0.05)。종상소술,제료단황담고순함량,고제량식물치순대단계산단성능、단품질화지류대사몰유부면작용。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the safety of high-dose phytosterol supplementation for laying hens by determining performance,egg quality and lipid metabolism. Three hundred and sixty 21-week-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates of 12 birds each. Birds were fed basal diets supplemented with 0(control),20,80(the max-imum recommended valid dose,MRAD),400(five folds of MRAD)and 800 mg / kg(ten folds of MRAD) phytosterol for 12 weeks,respectively. All birds were acclimated to the basal diet for 3 weeks. The results showed as follows:dietary phytosterol had no significant effects on laying rate,feed intake,egg mass and the ratio of feed to egg(P>0.05). Only egg yolk,albumen and eggshell percentages were significantly affected by dietary phytosterol in the end of this experiment(week 12)(P<0.05),and there was a significant linear cor-relation between eggshell(or albumen)percentage and phytosterol supplemental level(P<0.01 and P<0.05, respectively),and the experimental groups were higher than the control group. Dietary phytosterol had a signif-icant effect on hepatic low density lipoprotein-cholesterol content(P<0.05). Dietary phytosterol had a signifi-cant effect on hepatic lipoprotein lipase activity( P<0.05),and there was a significant linear correlation be-tween hepatic lipoprotein lipase activity and phytosterol supplemental level( P <0.01). Egg yolk cholesterol content was significantly increased by dietary phytosterol(P<0.05),and there was a significant linear correla-tion between egg yolk cholesterol content and phytosterol supplemental level(P<0.01);while dietary phytos-terol had no significant effect on hepatic cholesterol content(P>0.05). It is indicated that there is no adverse effect on laying performance,egg quality and cholesterol content except for yolk cholesterol content of high-dose phytosterol.
