为研究梅山仔猪和大白仔猪生长性能和消化道发育的不同,试验分别选取纯种梅山和大白仔猪各4窝,于28日龄和49日龄每窝仔猪随机选取1头进行屠宰采样,比较仔猪生长性能、消化酶活性、血清生化指标和肠道黏膜形态的不同。结果表明:1)2个品种仔猪1~28日龄(断奶前)和29~49日龄(断奶后)平均日增重均有差异,断奶前大白仔猪平均日增重显著高于梅山仔猪(P<0.05);但梅山仔猪28日龄时脾脏、胃和大肠指数均显著高于大白仔猪( P<0.05),而49日龄时,梅山仔猪小肠指数显著高于大白仔猪(P<0.05)。2)梅山仔猪28日龄空肠脂肪酶活性和49日龄胰腺脂肪酶活性显著高于大白仔猪(P<0.05)。3)大白仔猪28和49日龄血清高密度脂蛋白含量均显著高于梅山仔猪(P<0.05);梅山仔猪28日龄血清尿素含量显著高于大白仔猪(P<0.05)。结果提示,梅山仔猪消化道发育水平高于大白仔猪,同时梅山仔猪体内消化酶活性也高于大白仔猪,表明梅山仔猪具有较高的养分吸收能力。

위연구매산자저화대백자저생장성능화소화도발육적불동,시험분별선취순충매산화대백자저각4와,우28일령화49일령매와자저수궤선취1두진행도재채양,비교자저생장성능、소화매활성、혈청생화지표화장도점막형태적불동。결과표명:1)2개품충자저1~28일령(단내전)화29~49일령(단내후)평균일증중균유차이,단내전대백자저평균일증중현저고우매산자저(P<0.05);단매산자저28일령시비장、위화대장지수균현저고우대백자저( P<0.05),이49일령시,매산자저소장지수현저고우대백자저(P<0.05)。2)매산자저28일령공장지방매활성화49일령이선지방매활성현저고우대백자저(P<0.05)。3)대백자저28화49일령혈청고밀도지단백함량균현저고우매산자저(P<0.05);매산자저28일령혈청뇨소함량현저고우대백자저(P<0.05)。결과제시,매산자저소화도발육수평고우대백자저,동시매산자저체내소화매활성야고우대백자저,표명매산자저구유교고적양분흡수능력。
To investigate the differences in growth performance and gastrointestinal tract development between Meishan piglets and Yorkshire piglets,this study detected the growth performance,digestive enzyme activities, serum biochemical indexes and intestinal mucosal morphology of those two breeds. Four litters’Meishan pig-lets and four litters’Yorkshire piglets were selected for this experiment. One piglet per litter was slaughtered at 28 and 49 days of age,respectively. The results showed as follows:1)there were differences in average daily gain between those two breeds at 1 to 28 days of age(before weaning)and 29 to 49 days of age(after wea-ning),and Yorkshire piglets were significantly higher than Meishan piglets at 1 to 28 days of age(P<0.05);the indexes of spleen,stomach and large intestine of Meishan piglets were significantly higher than those of Yorkshire piglets at 28 days of age(P<0.05),while at 49 days of age,the small intestine index of Meishan piglets was significantly higher than that of Yorkshire piglets(P<0.05). 2)The jejunal lipase activity of Meis-han piglets at 28 days of age and pancreatic lipase activity of Meishan piglets at 49 days of age were significant-ly higher than those of Yorkshire piglets( P<0.05). 3)The Yorkshire piglets had higher serum high density lipoproteins content compared with Meishan piglets at 28 and 49 days of age(P<0.05). At 28 days of age, the serum urea content of Meishan piglets was significantly higher than that of Yorkshire piglets(P<0.05). It is concluded that the gastrointestinal tract development levels of Meishan piglets are greater than those of York-shire piglets. The digestive enzyme activities of Meishan piglets are much higher than those of Yorkshire pig-lets,suggesting that Meishan piglets have higher ability to absorb the nutrients.
