本试验以表达猪乳铁蛋白的重组乳酸乳球菌饲喂断奶仔猪,研究其作为生态友好安全型的饲料添加剂替代抗生素的可行性。试验选取体重相近的36头断奶仔猪,分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组饲喂添加20 mg / kg 黄霉素和110 mg / kg金霉素的基础饲粮,试验组在饲喂基础饲粮的基础上每日按仔猪体重添加1次表达猪乳铁蛋白的重组乳酸乳球菌发酵菌液,每头仔猪每天饲喂乳铁蛋白含量约为50μg / kg。试验期21 d。结果表明:在饲粮中添加表达猪乳铁蛋白的重组乳酸乳球菌,与对照组相比,平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比极显著降低( P<0.01);与对照组和抗生素组相比,胸腺指数和脾脏指数均显著提高(P<0.05),盲肠中大肠杆菌数量极显著降低(P<0.01),盲肠中乳酸乳球菌数量极显著提高(P<0.01),十二指肠、空肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度极显著提高( P<0.01);与对照组相比,血清中免疫球蛋白 G、肠黏液中分泌型免疫球蛋白 A 含量显著提高( P<0.05),与抗生素组相比未达到显著水平(P>0.05);血清中白细胞介素-1含量显著高于对照组和抗生素组( P<0.05),血清中白细胞介素-2含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于抗生素组(P<0.05)。由此得出,在断奶仔猪饲粮中添加表达猪乳铁蛋白的重组乳酸乳球菌可促进仔猪肠道黏膜绒毛的发育,提高仔猪的饲料利用率,降低料重比,同时增强仔猪免疫功能,具有提高仔猪生长性能的作用。

본시험이표체저유철단백적중조유산유구균사위단내자저,연구기작위생태우호안전형적사료첨가제체대항생소적가행성。시험선취체중상근적36두단내자저,분위3조,매조3개중복,매개중복4두。대조조사위기출사량,항생소조사위첨가20 mg / kg 황매소화110 mg / kg금매소적기출사량,시험조재사위기출사량적기출상매일안자저체중첨가1차표체저유철단백적중조유산유구균발효균액,매두자저매천사위유철단백함량약위50μg / kg。시험기21 d。결과표명:재사량중첨가표체저유철단백적중조유산유구균,여대조조상비,평균일증중현저제고(P<0.05),료중비겁현저강저( P<0.01);여대조조화항생소조상비,흉선지수화비장지수균현저제고(P<0.05),맹장중대장간균수량겁현저강저(P<0.01),맹장중유산유구균수량겁현저제고(P<0.01),십이지장、공장적융모고도/은와심도겁현저제고( P<0.01);여대조조상비,혈청중면역구단백 G、장점액중분비형면역구단백 A 함량현저제고( P<0.05),여항생소조상비미체도현저수평(P>0.05);혈청중백세포개소-1함량현저고우대조조화항생소조( P<0.05),혈청중백세포개소-2함량겁현저고우대조조(P<0.01),현저고우항생소조(P<0.05)。유차득출,재단내자저사량중첨가표체저유철단백적중조유산유구균가촉진자저장도점막융모적발육,제고자저적사료이용솔,강저료중비,동시증강자저면역공능,구유제고자저생장성능적작용。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the feasibility of recombinant Lactococcus lactis ex-pressing porcine lactoferrin as an ecological friendly secure additive to substitute antibiotics feeding weaner pig-lets. A total of 36 weaner piglets with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 4 piglets in each replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet,the anti-biotics group was fed the basal diet added 20 mg / kg flavomycin and 110 mg / kg chlortetracycline,while the trial group was fed the basal diet added recombinant Lactococcus lactis fermentation liquid(supplement accord-ing to the body weight of piglets,and the contain of porcine lactoferrin was 50 μg / kg per piglet per day)once a day. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed that adding the recombinant Lactococcus lactis expressing porcine lactoferrin in the piglet diet,average daily gain was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the feed / gain was significantly decreased(P<0.01);compared with control group and antibiotics group,the thymus index and spleen index were both higher(P<0.05),the number of Escherichia coli in cecum was significantly reduced(P<0.01),the number of Lactococcus lactis in cecum was significant-ly increased(P<0.01),and the villous height/ crypt depth of duodenum and jejunum were both higher( P<0.01);compared with control group,the contents of immunoglobulin G in serum and secretory immunoglobu-lin A in intestinal mucus were significantly increased( P <0.05),which did not reach to a significant level compared with antibiotics group(P>0.05);the content of interleukin-1 in serum was significantly higher than that in control group and antibiotics group( P<0.05),the content of interleukin-2 in serum was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that in antibiotics group(P<0.05). Adding recombinant Lactococcus lactis expressing porcine lactoferrin in weaner piglet diets can promote the growth of piglet intestinal mucosal villus,improve piglet feed utilization rate,decrease the feed / gain,at the same time,strengthen the piglet immune function,and has the effect of improving piglet growth performance.
