本案例中成功引用Φ1.6m直径的橡胶芯模作为钢筋混凝土涵洞内模,克服了组合钢模板、预制混凝土模板、钢模台车等常用方法施工工期长、安装拆卸繁琐、造价成本高等缺点;同时通过改进橡胶充气芯模传统施工工艺,从芯模加固、混凝土浇筑、脱模剂选用等方面进行创新,解决了大直径橡胶充气芯模容易产生局部变形等技术难题,保证了混凝土涵洞施工质量及工程工期。

In this case the rubber core module with Φ1.6 meters in diameter was successfully used as the reinforced concrete culvert internal model .And by applying it the disadvantage of the combination steel template , precast concrete template , steel trolley and other commonly used methods of long construction period , mounting and dismounting troublesome , high cost have been overcome; At the same time by improving the inflatable rubber core of traditional construction technology , on the basis of the innovation in core mold reinforcement , concrete pouring , release agents and other aspects , the technical problems of large diameter inflatable rubber core that is easy to produce the local deformation has been solved , which ensure the concrete culvert construction quality and construction period .
