This paper introduces technical flow of laying construction of wind power submarine cable and points out key points and contents of quality control.In aspects of fire protection,storm resistance,working safety and alert defense,it discusses establishment for key point of danger source security assurance.The quality and security assurance system of estab-lished submarine cable is applied in national high technology research and development planning demonstration project-flexi-ble direct current power transmission and connection research and development project in large scaled wind power sta-tion.The application result indicates that the laying construction of the submarine cable is effectively satisfying requirement for field construction of high voltage submarine cable.
