断路器失灵保护的二次回路结线复杂，涉及面广，动作后果影响大。因为失灵保护回路的复杂多样，难于维护、管理，失灵保护时常出现不正确动作的现象，破坏电网的安全运行。通过对目前失灵保护回路的专项调查和分析，结合反事故措施要求，提出规范、统一的失灵保护回路，并采取防止失灵保护回路不正确动作的措施。两年的运行实践证明，提出的规范和措施能够确保断路器失灵保护回路的正确动作。

Line of secondary circuit of breaker out-of-order protection is complicated and involved in wide range as well as its action consequence having big impact.Due to complex diversity of out-of-order protection circuit,it is hard to conduct main-tenance and management which may result in incorrect action of out-of-order protection and damage safe operation of the power grid.By special survey and analysis on present out-of-order protection circuit and combining requirement for anti-acci-dent measures,this paper proposes normative and unified out-of-order protection circuit and measures for preventing incor-rect action of the circuit.Two-year operating practice proves that the proposed standards and measures are useful to ensure correct action of the breaker out-of-order protection circuit.
