针对电力系统无功电压控制的集中-分散策略,基于随机规划理论对电力系统无功电压控制进行数学建模,采用随机模拟技术对该数学模型进行求解,得到基于风速分布函数的无功电压最优控制策略的期望值;基于闭环状态反馈控制策略对配电网分布式电源的随机扰动进行误差分析和校正,提出固定步长和变步长调整策略,并在此基础上进行集中控制随机规划和地区闭环控制算例优化分析。优化结果表明:电压偏移量均为零,均满足优化要求,使得电力系统始终运行在一个最优的运行状态。

Aiming at concentration-dispersion strategy for power system reactive voltage control and on the basis of random planning theory,this paper discusses mathematical modeling for power system reactive voltage control.By using random sim-ulating technology,it solves this mathematical model and gets expected value of optimal control strategy for reactive voltage based on wind speed distribution function.It also conducts error analysis and rectification on random disturbance of distribu-ted power source of distribution network on account of close-loop state feedback control strategy.Meanwhile,it proposes fixed step and variable step size adjustment strategies and conducts optimization analysis on random planning for concentra-tion control and regional close-loop control example.The optimization result indicates that voltage offset is zero and meeting optimizing requirement which is able to ensure optimal running state of the power system.
