以电网发生三相短路故障时双馈感应风电机组(doubly-fed induction generator,DFIG)的动态物理过程为基础,分析了定子、转子电流中各频率成分之间的依存关系。基于同步旋转 d-q 坐标系下 DFIG 数学模型,从磁链变化的角度,推导出DFIG定子三相短路电流的近似解析计算表达式。提出的计算模型与 PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建的DFIG模型的时域仿真结果进行对比,误差小于3%,验证了计算模型的有效性和分析结果的正确性。
以電網髮生三相短路故障時雙饋感應風電機組(doubly-fed induction generator,DFIG)的動態物理過程為基礎,分析瞭定子、轉子電流中各頻率成分之間的依存關繫。基于同步鏇轉 d-q 坐標繫下 DFIG 數學模型,從磁鏈變化的角度,推導齣DFIG定子三相短路電流的近似解析計算錶達式。提齣的計算模型與 PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建的DFIG模型的時域倣真結果進行對比,誤差小于3%,驗證瞭計算模型的有效性和分析結果的正確性。

On the basis of dynamic physical process of doubly-fed induction generator when three-phase short-circuit fault happening to power grid,this paper analyzes interdependent relationship among each frequency components in stator and ro-tor current.On account of DFIG mathematical model under synchronous rotating d-q reference frame and from the point of linkage change,it deduces approximate analytic calculating expression for DFIG stator three-phase short-circuit current.By comparing time domain simulating result of proposed calculating model with that of DFIG model in PSCAD/EMTDC,it dis-covers that the error is less than 3% which verifies effectiveness of this calculating model and veracity of the analysis result.
