目的:探讨FGF-9及Elk-1在人卵巢肿瘤中的表达。方法 Western-blot方法检测3例正常卵巢组织,2例交界性卵巢肿瘤及7例上皮性卵巢癌( EOC)中FGF-9及Elk-1的表达。结果与正常卵巢组织及交界性卵巢肿瘤相比,EOC组织中可见FGF-9及Elk-1过表达。结论 FGF-9及Elk-1过表达可能在EOC的发展中起重要的作用。
目的:探討FGF-9及Elk-1在人卵巢腫瘤中的錶達。方法 Western-blot方法檢測3例正常卵巢組織,2例交界性卵巢腫瘤及7例上皮性卵巢癌( EOC)中FGF-9及Elk-1的錶達。結果與正常卵巢組織及交界性卵巢腫瘤相比,EOC組織中可見FGF-9及Elk-1過錶達。結論 FGF-9及Elk-1過錶達可能在EOC的髮展中起重要的作用。
목적:탐토FGF-9급Elk-1재인란소종류중적표체。방법 Western-blot방법검측3례정상란소조직,2례교계성란소종류급7례상피성란소암( EOC)중FGF-9급Elk-1적표체。결과여정상란소조직급교계성란소종류상비,EOC조직중가견FGF-9급Elk-1과표체。결론 FGF-9급Elk-1과표체가능재EOC적발전중기중요적작용。
Objective To investigate the expression of fibroblast growth factor 9(FGF-9) and Elk-1 in human ovarian tumor. Method 3 normal ovaries,2 borderline ovarian tumor tissues and 7 epithelial ovarian cancer tissues were ex-amed in this study. Western-blot was performed to detect the expression of FGF-9 and Elk-1 in those tissues. Result Expression of FGF-9 and Elk-1 in EOC tissues was higher than in normal ovaries and borderline ovarian tumors. Conclusion FGF-9 and Elk-1 might play an important role in development of EOC.
