北京市在区级先行先试建设考务综合管理系统的基础上，于2013年6月建成了全市考务综合管理市、区、考点在三级平台并上线运行，取得良好效果。平台通过试卷流转管理、数据报送查询、知识库管理、考场在线巡查、考试应急指挥、人力资源管理、考场资源管理、设备资源管理八个功能模块，把快捷收集信息、分析研究考情、科学决策指挥的思想加以实现。同时，平台的应用，倒逼我们用系统的思想与方法进行信息化顶层设计、调整优化工作流程、建立完善标准规范。唯其如此，才能加快信息技术与考务管理工作的融合，才能打造出专业化的考试招生管理机构。

북경시재구급선행선시건설고무종합관리계통적기출상，우2013년6월건성료전시고무종합관리시、구、고점재삼급평태병상선운행，취득량호효과。평태통과시권류전관리、수거보송사순、지식고관리、고장재선순사、고시응급지휘、인력자원관리、고장자원관리、설비자원관리팔개공능모괴，파쾌첩수집신식、분석연구고정、과학결책지휘적사상가이실현。동시，평태적응용，도핍아문용계통적사상여방법진행신식화정층설계、조정우화공작류정、건립완선표준규범。유기여차，재능가쾌신식기술여고무관리공작적융합，재능타조출전업화적고시초생관리궤구。
Based on the construction of general examination management system in some districts of Beijing, a three-level platform including municipality, districts and exam centres was completed and implemented in June, 2013, which has achieved good results so far. This platform can be used for instant information collecting, exam affairs analyzing, scientific decision-making and command by means of its 8 modules, such as exam paper transportation, data delivering and consulting, knowledge base management, online exam room supervision, emergency operation, human resource management, exam room management, and equipment management. Moreover, its implementation in turn drives us to carry out a top-level informationization design, to adjust and promote our working processes, and to establish a set of comprehensive and standardized regulations in a systematic way. Only so can we achieve faster integration of information technology and examination administration, and establish a professional examination admission management organization.
