篇章的隐喻性已经不只是传统意义上的一种句内间的修辞格,它已经由字词层面的命题隐喻,进而跨越到了话语层面的篇章隐喻。篇章隐喻理论主要涵盖语义隐喻和语法隐喻两个方面。RST(修辞结构理论)总体上属于一种广义的修辞结构理论,不只是以纯属修辞目的为定位的组篇结构理论。RST理论主要依据语篇各单位之间的关系分析语篇的内部机制,按照所连接的层级结构解释语篇的连贯。将这两个各自独立的理论有效地结合起来,对隐喻性篇章的分析更具有解释力。而篇章隐喻主要是以模块的形式建构的,这样对其组篇模块的识别就变得很重要。本文基于RST理论对篇章隐喻进行研究,并通过对其组篇模块的识别来进一步阐释这一研究。

The metaphor of a text is no longer a figure of speech between sentences from the traditional sense. From ideational metaphor among words to propositional metaphor among a group of sentences, textual metaphor has developed into the one in terms of discourse. The theory of textual metaphor comprises semantic metaphor and grammatical metaphor. Generally, RST, a rhetoric structure theory in a broad view, is not only a structure theory about text organization on the basis of rhetoric. According to the relationship among different elements of the text, RST analyzes the internal mechanism of the text and explains its coherence by means of hierarchical structure connected to the text. By incorporating these two independent theories effectively, it makes more sense to analyze the textual metaphor. Since textual metaphor is formed with the manner of modules, great importance should be attached to the recognition of the modules (structures) of the text. This text aims to do research on the textual metaphor based on RST and make further study through the recognition of the modules of the text.
