As the development of mobile data services, the capability of signaling storing, processing and analyzing is seriously chal-lenged. It aims to enhance the efficiency of network maintenance, improve the user experience, and strengthen the core com-petitiveness of enterprises. Inspired by the state-of-the-art system, the approach on the construction of signaling monitoring system is proposed by using big data. The core technology of the proposed system is extensively discussed. Additional y, the development trend of the signaling monitoring system is also presented.
