目的：了解重庆不同属性高校大学生对性知识知晓情况及性态度和性行为发生情况，学校生殖健康教育的现状，探讨学校性与生殖健康教育存在的问题．方法：采用分层抽样的方法抽取重庆市11所高校的大学生4023人后进行问卷调查，问卷有效性为82.6％．结果：性与生殖健康相关知识方面，仅有少部分学生能正确回答紧急避孕的方法等4个问题．性态度方面，男生比女生开放，不同专业男生之间无差别，艺体类女生比其他专业女生开放．男生性行为发生率高于女生．所调查的大学生大多数都面临生殖健康困扰，男性大学生最关心早泄与阳痿（29.15％），女性大学生最担心月经不调与痛经（52.54％）．面临生殖健康问题困扰时，大学生最常采取的措施是通过网络媒体获取知识自行解决（39.97％）．64.3％的大学生表示学校从没有或很少开展生殖健康教育，仅有1.05％的大学生满意学校生殖健康教育现状．结论：高校应加强性与生殖健康教育普及，根据不同性别和专业大学生的特点开展针对性的生殖健康教育．

The study aims to finding out the problems of sex and reproductive health education in the uni-versities in Chongqing by investigating the sex and reproductive health knowledge ,attitude and behavior of university students before exploring their demands on reproductive health education .Anonymous question-naire survey has been performed among 4023 students selected from 11 universities in Chongqing by strati-fied sampling .Only a few students correctly answered four questions about sex and reproductive health , such as the methods of emergency contraception .As to sex attitude ,boys are more open than girls .There are no significant differences of sex attitude between boys in different professions .However ,girls in art and physical class are more open than those in other professions .The incidence of sexual behavior in boys is higher than that in girls .Most college students surveyed are facing reproductive health problems ,and male college students concerned about premature ejaculation and impotence (29 .15% ) most ,w hile more female college students worried about the problems of irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea (52 .54% ) .The students facing reproductive health problems usually apply network media for help .There are not enough school education of reproductive health within universities ,for 64 .3% of all surveyed col-lege students have no or just little access to reproductive health education w hile only 1 .05% are satisfied with the status of university reproductive health education .Universities should strengthen sex and repro-ductive health education ,focusing on targeted education to university students .
